Todd Hysjulien has worked in the public accounting field for nearly 28 years, including experience in both a large firm and the leading independent firm, Hysjulien & Associates, LLC. Todd is Senior Partner and President of Hysjulien & Associates.

Todd’s areas of expertise include tax planning and preparation, trust and estate services, fiduciary administration and business development, including business valuation and transition services.. He has extensive experience with closely held entities in diverse manufacturing industries, and healthcare, as well as expertise in guiding companies through acquisitions, sales and partnership transitions. The client industries he has served include family-owned businesses, medical and dental practices, manufacturing, restaurant, nursery & flower operations, title insurance companies, real estate entities and rental property ownership, software, sales organizations and wholesale distribution companies.

Todd is committed to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and stays current with constantly evolving tax laws through extensive continuing education. He believes in the value of technology for our clients and was amongst the first in the field to embrace “cloud computing” in order to offer our clients the convenience of 24/7 access to all of their tax and business documents

Todd serves in an advisory capacity to many business clients, and serves on the board of directors for several companies, including Mednet Solutions and Children’s Home Society. Todd is a past member of the Lutheran Social Services of MN Board of Directors.
