Shauna is Brock’s right hand and the firm’s go-to when we have a problem to solve. She keeps operations moving—testing new tools, improving workflows, and making sure good ideas turn into real solutions. Whether it’s troubleshooting tech, helping the team adapt to change, or refining how we serve clients, Shauna is always looking for a better way to work. 

Now, as Director of Innovation, she focuses on making things smoother, simpler, and more sustainable for the team and clients alike—always with an eye on improving the client experience. 

Outside of work, she’s learning to enjoy the empty nest phase and finds joy in picking up heavy things, listening to good music, traveling with her husband, spending time with friends and family, and a good Bible study.
