Dick Briden has worked in the public accounting field for over 40 years! He began his career with a Big 8 firm, providing public accounting and auditing services to large publicly-traded corporations, including SEC compliance.
After 8 years in public accounting, Dick was recruited by a private corporation to serve as CFO and Controller. He established and ran Human Resources departments and served as Head of Operations for several companies specializing in distribution and manufacturing with revenues of $5-$200 million dollars. Dick works with start-up enterprises and the funding challenges associated with new entities, and works with medical practices involving all aspects of accounting. He is an experienced tax professional with extensive knowledge of S-Corps, Partnerships, and LLC’s.
